just saying hi!
Although, last night my Dsis and I went for a 2 mile walk. It was nice to get out there in the cool air and chit chat while raising my heart rate!
)
That's great that your DD's first football game went well!

I'm jealous but wish you the best of luck..I know you can do great!!
Just ask Amy & I
We've done extensive studies on he benefits of days off....
)!!
. Things worked out really well. DS was supposed to have soccer at 9am and then I was planning on running after that, before DD's football game. BUT, it rained last night, and thus, soccer was cancelled this morning.
That made me REALLY happy knowing that I could get out for my run earlier, since I don't seem to enjoy or do well with the "later-in-the-day" runs.
It's the farthest I've ever run in my entire life!!! What an awesome feeling. I'm so glad I got out there today.
I'll be sure to post about it afterwards!
. So proud of you for getting out there. Don't ya feel great? 5.5 miles is incredible...and really just shy of what I ran this morning as my long run. SUPER EFFORT!!!
. And Kim....I have found...and I think speedy (aka Scott) would agree....days off help you to come back stronger than ever. You'll see from my journal that it paid off tremendously this week. I really wish I had taken off the day before the race last weekend....even though I was fast....I paid a big price! So....follow Speedy's advice
.
