its a personal decision. will you be handcuffed and taken away...no. but if the cast mamber at check in asks your daughter(and they always do) how old she is, will you be instructing your daughter to lie? how does that make you feel as a parent?
honestly i did it. kinda. we booked a trip for the week before my son turned 3 which was aug 21st. we planned to arrive the 18th and leave the 24th. well that was until we heard about free dining. so we called the
travel agent and had her switch our dates to the 25th-31st. we never thought about the fact that liam was turning 3 the 21st and the TA never said anything. it wasnt until 2 weeks before that i realized he was now 3. did i say anything at check in, no. should i have? i dont know, probably. but i never asked him to lie. instead we still had his birthday dinner and he turned 3 down there. he had no idea he was 3 before that.
i dont think i could have asked him to lie. what i did was probably no better than lying, but we did it anyway. so you have to decide it you want to do it anyway.
