Ok, we have the Jurassic Park Kids Suite at RPR booked right now for Feb 3-5, but for $150 total more can get kids suite at HRH.

Which hotel is better, especially for the kids and for ease of getting to and from the parks?

Thanks for any guidance!

Hard Rock is definitely closer. They would probably prefer the RPR though. Suite is better suited for little boys.

We stayed at HRH and my kids loved it! However, the overwhelming majority of kids at the hotel were school-aged and above. (TONS of teens and tweens) We were there for 9 days and we saw only a couple kids under the age of 5. The kiddie fountains were never even used while we were there. It was the perfect setting for our family, but since you have a little one, I'm going to recommend RPR.

Our trip was in the summer, so I don't know if it is different at other times of year.

We stayed in the kids suite at the HRH with our two sons, ages 2 and 5. We loved it! I love that they pool area was not crowded with bunches of kids! We had the fountains and kiddie pool to ourselves whenever we wanted and the zero entry in the main pool was perfect too. The room was perfect, way more room than we even needed. You'll love it at either place!
