If we get our sea world tickets through the kids play free package, I can upgrade our package so that it is unlimited Sea World/Aquatica for 14 days after first use.

We will be staying at the Sea World hotel at the tail end of our vacation.

Am I allowed to start using the tickets before checking into the hotel. Perhaps a week before?

Thanks!

Yes. We are in Orlando and I purchased the same type of tickets. It was the most fantastic deal. I don't have the printed tickets in front of me but I remember that they do not have a start date listed on them. I know they had an expiration where you have to use them by a certain date. So it doesn't matter when you start using them just that you have that 14 day window and it is before they expire (the expiration was way off, like 2014 sometime, if I remember correctly) I just got here and I am sitting on my butt and I don't want to go out to the car to get the tickets. I can update more tomorrow if you need the info.

Which SW hotel are you staying at (assuming you don't mind me asking). I am guessing that you had to pick your tickets up from the hotel where your package was booked, not at SeaWorld itself. Just wondering if the front desk gave you any hard time about getting the tickets prior to your stay, as we are considering something similar for our August 2014 vacation. The Eat Free All Day package will save us about $400 vs. what we would pay for tickets and dining a la carte. We would like our tickets as soon as we arrive, but ideally we would want our hotel stay (at Coco Key) to be later in our two-week trip to allow us to visit their waterpark mid-vacation.

I just called SeaWorld to inquire, and spoke with a lovely lady named Cassandra. Here is what she told me:

When the package is booked, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the package details. This email will have your tickets in a PDF format as attachments, which you can print and use at your convenience. So you will have the ticket vouchers in hand before arrival, so you can use the tickets prior to your stay at the SW hotel for which you are booked at.

Hope that helps!

We stayed just one night at the Nick Resort so my kids could see the characters. One day/night was perfect for them. We had 4 adults and 4 kids so I purchased 2 separate packages. One package with 2 adults and 2 free kids and then another package just the same. We ended up with connecting 2 bedroom suites...(so two 2-bedroom suites).

The price for 2 adults and 2 kids to have 14 day passes to both Aquatica and Seaworld plus 1 night at the Nick Resort in a 2-Bedroom Suite was $370.92. Which is actually cheaper than just buying tickets to parks which is approximately $489.92!

Yes that is all correct. I printed out our tickets right after I paid. The printed tickets have an expiration date on them of 12/29/2014. They expire 14 days from the date of first use. I would imagine you could actually hold onto them until next year provided you didn't use them for this year's trip. We are actually thinking of buying a 2nd package while we are here (just because it was such a deal) and using the tickets next year.

We had a blast at Aquatica and the Nick Resort. We are staying at Regal Palms and they has been perfect too. Off to Sea World tomorrow!

Wait did Gina-Bo-Bina really just ask ME a question about SeaWorld????

No way!!! It's like I almost know something she doesn't! Is that really possible ;)

That's what mystifies me.....just how CHEAP it really is! And that's why I wanted the confirmation, before I go ahead and book our family's reservation for August 2014. We don't plan to use the hotel stay, with the exception of having it as our own private change room when we use the waterpark (we will sleep in our villa at the Vistana) and its STILL cheaper. Here's how it breaks down for us, using the Eat Free All Day Package:

- 1 night package at Coco Key waterpark resort for 4 people (two adults, two teens...DS will be bringing a friend, as far as we know)
- 14 day access to SW & AQ
- all-day dining at both parks for one day for each person
- two days of access to Coco Key's waterpark as part of the hotel stay

= $547.33 taxes included

To purchase the components separately:

4 length-of-stay adult tickets to SW/AQ and 4 adult SW all day dining wristbands - $647.52
4 adult AQ all day dining passes - $69.00
8 day admission passes (2 days x 4 adults) to Coco Key - $213.00

Total = $929.52

A savings of $382.19  Yes, there is a $19 per night resort fee at Coco Key (due at hotel "check in"), so the actual savings will be more like $362.....but still.....wow! :worship:

Then, we can upgrade our 14 day tickets to annual passes while we're there if our December trip goes through (we'll certainly know that by our travel date in August).

It is such a good savings, it almost seemed too good to be true. I needed someone else to say GINA, ITS REAL....YOU'RE NOT CRAZY!!!!!!! :goodvibes (lol, let's just say its not often people tell me I'm NOT crazy ;) :rolleyes2 ).

:rotfl2: :rotfl: :lmao:

LOL, even I am still learning!!! :thumbsup2 Its definitely possible!

Hope the rest of your trip is super-awesome!! And thanks for all the info!

I have posted about this deal a few times on here and I don't know if it is just that I can't word it properly or what..... but nobody (except you) has seemed to appreciate just how good it is. People just kept responding with posts telling me that Sea World won't let us use the tickets unless we pay for staying at the resort and I keep telling them that "I did pay for the resort" LOL! People just couldn't understand what I was saying I guess because the price is so ridiculously low. I makes zero sense that you get more stuff for less money but that is exactly how it works out. I just wish I could word it so other people would understand. It really is a steal and my party of 8 is doing it right now so I am certain that it all works out.

Can someone help me with this deal? Is it still available? I am 2 adults, 5 kids (11, 9, 6, 6 and 2, turning 3 the month we go). We want to do SW and BG. We would prefer to stay at a place w/ a 2 or 3 BR suite. I called and the girl I talked to wasn't very helpful. She said we could stay at BLue Heron or Grand Floridays resorts, but I'm not sure how much this package would actually save b/c we could only get 2 kids' tickets (I need 3 adult, 3 kids, and a toddler).

I went on the sea world page and priced packages.

I chose a one bedroom suite at the residence inn Marriott sea world. However, we are a family of four. We got a one bedroom but they may have larger suites?? I like marriotts residence inns because they have a full kitchen.

We picked kids free package but I think you can only get as one free ticket per adult. The free dining package might have more value for you. ?? Or there is a buy 2 nights, get one free.
