The price for 2 adults and 2 kids to have 14 day passes to both Aquatica and Seaworld plus 1 night at the Nick Resort in a 2-Bedroom Suite was $370.92. Which is actually cheaper than just buying tickets to parks which is approximately $489.92!
That's what mystifies me.....just how CHEAP it really is! And that's why I wanted the confirmation, before I go ahead and book our family's reservation for August 2014. We don't plan to use the hotel stay, with the exception of having it as our own private change room when we use the waterpark (we will sleep in our villa at the Vistana) and its STILL cheaper. Here's how it breaks down for us, using the Eat Free All Day Package:
- 1 night package at Coco Key waterpark resort for 4 people (two adults, two teens...DS will be bringing a friend, as far as we know)
- 14 day access to SW & AQ
- all-day dining at both parks for one day for each person
- two days of access to Coco Key's waterpark as part of the hotel stay
= $547.33 taxes included
To purchase the components separately:
4 length-of-stay adult tickets to SW/AQ and 4 adult SW all day dining wristbands - $647.52
4 adult AQ all day dining passes - $69.00
8 day admission passes (2 days x 4 adults) to Coco Key - $213.00
Total = $929.52
A savings of $382.19

Yes, there is a $19 per night resort fee at Coco Key (due at hotel "check in"), so the actual savings will be more like $362.....but still.....wow!
Then, we can upgrade our 14 day tickets to annual passes while we're there if our December trip goes through (we'll certainly know that by our travel date in August).
It is such a good savings, it almost seemed too good to be true. I needed someone else to say GINA, ITS REAL....YOU'RE NOT CRAZY!!!!!!!

(lol, let's just say its not often people tell me I'm
NOT crazy

).
Wait did Gina-Bo-Bina really just ask ME a question about SeaWorld????
No way!!! It's like I almost know something she doesn't! Is that really possible
LOL, even I am still learning!!!

Its definitely possible!
Hope the rest of your trip is super-awesome!! And thanks for all the info!
