Kids meal ?

My DH and I are traveling with my DS 5 and DD 12. My daughter will only eat chicken strips and the like. She is still a kids meal girl. We will not have the dining plan. Can we order chicken strips off the kid menu for her? If we are at a restaurant that only has that type of thing for children not adults.
