Kids have been gone 1/2 hour and I already........

have a clean house!!!!

DH dropped them off at his moms. She is taking them to her cottage tomorrow am and we will go up there Saturday overnight to go get them.

It feels so good to not have a living room, sunroom and kitchen table full of toys!!!!! As soon as they were down the street.....I just starting clearing out everything!!!!! I know being 8 and almost 11....they SHOULD clean up after they are done.....but they don't!!!!

I remember last year when they just spent 2 days at MIL regular house....I cleaned thoroughly and even took pics...it looked so good!!! I was going through the pics and the kids asked "whos house is that??!!".......they didn't even recognize the living room!!! Too funny!!!

Anyway.....I don't work tomorrow either!! I will have the whole day to myself!!! I can't wait!!!!!!!

I know the feeling. When DH is on the road and DD is gone overnight, the house is CLEAN! And they aren't even LITTLE!

What is it about kids that they cant get the concept of take something out...put it away. Well, enjoy your house while you can.
