I know that 2nd week of January (after Christmas celebrations end) till end March this year offers "Kids Go Free". Would that be the case every year?

Are there any other "Kids Go Free" offers other times of the year?

AFAIK this is the only time Kids Go Free is offered, bewtwwen Christmas season and Easter

Not "Kids Go Free" but there are offers at various dates throughout the year where you will get an extra day and night free.

Kids go Free was available for the same period last year so I think it is a regular low-season offer. I've not seen any others advertised for other times of the year.
