2. Is there anywhere in US/IOA to pick up these coupons for free? I can't find any ebayers who are willing to ship to Canada so far.

that coupon is from the coupon booklet that is being given out free for certain promos.

i would not buy off of ebay.

once ebay finds out that this coupon is being sold, the ad would be pulled.

it's like selling the fast passes that disney has .......
don't pay for a free give away.

Yes, I have 2 entertainment books with those coupons.

I wouldn't buy coupons from ebay - but then again I also wouldn't buy tickets from them. Too risky to save a couple of dollars.
