Now, how much? I couldn't really tell you that. However, didn't someone answer that in a previous post? Also, I don't work much with tulle (although after seeing all these cute outfits, I may well start), but wouldn't you want a nylon tulle? Or are they all nylon?Generally, I think the finer the tulle (the smaller the holes) the softer, less scratchy it is. Again, though, I haven't really used it, so I could be 100% wrong on this. Also, I know my local JoAnn's has lots of different tulle and will be getting more in for Halloween and the holidays.
THRIFT STORE FIND
Okay, this is an Old Navy jumper I bought for $1 at the local thrift store. It is in very good condition with the exception of a few marker spots right on the front, but I knew I could hide those. Anyway, this is the finished product. I'm pretty pleased overall, but of course, there are some things I'd do differently next time. This was a great way to practice applique without a big investment. I like the idea of a challenge; so if anyone wants to try a thrift store/yard sale challenge in addition to the Disney-MGM challenge, please share your results with us.
