I'm glad I'm not the only one! I am so jealous of Teresa and Heather, who seem to remember not only the posters but the names of all the kids, too. Everyone should be required to repeat their name and their kids's name when they post (if they want to). That would help me a lot!
Hey, I love your princess castle for the top bunk. I should have thought of that for my son's bunk bed. We got it when he was three and he was finally allowed to go up there last year!
Thanks to everyone who complimented me on the dress and hat. It's the first thing I CASEd (from Jham) that turned out exactly like I pictured it! I sent an e-mail to my friend asking if I could make one for her and she told me her daughter was sick of her hair falling out so they just shaved it off. So now I get to make another one, hopefully it won't take as many mess-ups!
I'll catch up reading tomorrow (yawn). Have a good night everyone and get packing Jham! Heather, your birdie looks beautiful!
I agree, I always forget kids names! I hate to offend by not using them but my mind is very leaky!
Ok. I have a question for those of you that have a ruffler foot. When you are making a jumper - either stripwork or like the polka dotted one I made - do you ruffle the skirt or just do the basting stitches and gather it? I did the basting stitches on the one I made, but I'm getting ready to put together a stripwork jumper this weekend and I was thinking the ruffler foot may be faster. I just don't know.
Since I teach school (kindergarten) and I'm finishing up my master's this semester and I rep a children's clothing line, the only time I have to sew is in the middle of the night or the weekend. So...here's to a 3 day weekend!!!![]()

I hope to get a lot done for our trip that is in 15 days!!!

Just curious, what do you mean you reap a children's clothing line? I am addicted to children's clothes so this sparked my curiousity!
Heather, somehow I lost the quote but I love your Cinderella bird! Fantastic, I can't wait to see the whole dress. As I was looking at the page Grace saw the bird and says, hey, that's from Cinderella. Of course she also wanted everything she saw too!
