OMG how cute are they!!!!!!!! I love these live reports! I just hope I remember to do that!

    Oh No!!!!! The tag fairy just got me good! See this is what happens when you complain! :scared: :rotfl2::rotfl2: Thank you Mrs. Fairy! ;)

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: I don't say anything funny either, I just laugh at everyone else! Congrats!

   I finished a halloween skirt and now I only have two more to make!!!!! I know, where's the pics, right? Well, it's 6:25am and all the girls are in bed and I'm enjoying the peace & quiet too much to wake them!

I was sifting through the kids' craft box looking for gold glitter and stumbled upon glow-in-the-dark ricrac. Boy was I dancin!!!! At that point, I had halloween fabric, but not made anything yet. Well, a pair of pants, but they are not worth wearing! So, I set to work immediately making skirts and using it on the patches! I can't wait to get pics of dd7 in her new skirt!

Hi Gang! Live from Disney!

I met UtahMama briefly tonight and saw her family, what a cutie she has in Norah! Their costumes were great!

We had sooooooo many great comments on our costumes tonight!

Really all week so far!

I have glow in the dark ricrac too! Cool stuff, isnt' it!!!

Mommytoe...

Where do you find the music note fabric... I love it. I was at wallyworld today looking and no luck..

Also did you us ethat printable fabric paper for the shirt?

I need to do something in Hannah Monatana for the concert in December.

the fabric was bought at
http://www.homestead.com/favoritefabrics/zoom_sh_staff.html

The shirt was an iron on that my girls helped design on a paint program. After ironing it on the girls added some iron on gems (of course I worked the iron for them.)

If you want a copy of the iron on let me know and I can email it to you.

Couple people asked about Ebay. You cannot post links to any auction even if it is not your own.

So "look at this cute red top that looks like a minnie mouse shirt on ebay" is not ok.

But, "look at this cute red top that looks like a minnie mouse shirt on target" is ok.

My reunion was fun!!! We went to the picnic too. I have to say that the girls in my class look REALLY good! Darn it! Not many of the kids I hung out with were there though. :sad2:
I see what your problem was...those "kids" would be 37 years old or so now. No wonder you didn't see any of them there! :lmao:

How adorable, Cindee!! I'd love to see pics of your DD with her cabbage patch kid. I have a soft place in my heart for CPKs.

ok... so it is sunday and I have been sewing most of the day... kids are great today and I decide lets order pizza. call the ordering # for the Domin@es and there is a delay and an accent. did you know they route all there calls to the central ordering in the philippines!
WOW that is crazy!!!
sorry I was so surprised I thought I would tell all of ya!
Lori
What!?! :confused3 That is weird!

These are so cute! I love the Wizard of Oz idea!

WOW!!! Aimee, those are beautiful outfits!!!!! Love, love, love the Wizard of Oz one!! Was that type of skirt hard to do? I have the pattern but am scared to try it out!!
I see my sister already answered you. But, I wanted to chime in, too. It was really easy to cut out, using a rotary cutter. I cut 4 layers at a time (of lightweight cotton). Sewing the spirals together was surprisingly easy, but the hem was really hard. I don't know if I did something wrong, but each section was rounded, so it was sort of a scalloped hem. I bought a rolled hem foot off of ebay after the whole experience!

Thank you for the pics, Tom! I'm all teary-eyed looking at your wonderful family having such a good time!

I don't say anything funny either, I just laugh at everyone else! Congrats!
I think you're hilarious, Deann!!

Well, THAT explains a lot! There were several old people that looked familiar, but I just figured the kids couldn't make it and sent their parents!

ETA: Actually, we are 38 years old! :scared1:

Cute outfits, but isn't it the other way around...........Go ARMY, Beat Navy??

Here are pics of DD in her outfit for MK and MGM, we are doing both in one day and I didn't feel like hauling an extra outfit to the parks.
I hope to never do a patchwork twirl again! This was my first and I found it quite painful.

Love, Love, Love this outfit. The material is awesome. Where did you find it? You guys are all sooo creative!

Thanks soo much samh1000! I have found soo many useful patterns. Everyone on here is so helpful and encouraging. When I am able to post pics I will show some of my work. WARNING! No one look to closely!

I wanted to let everyone know that I was at Wallyworld day before yesterday and they had Minnie Dot fabric for $2.00 a yard!!!! They only have it out for halloween! So check your mart's!!!!

Thanks for the photos! We've been waiting a long time for Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum! They look great!

Here is "Jord". Jord goes EVERYWHERE with us. :cloud9:

It was brought to my attention (by a very upset 6 year old) that Jord needed matching clothes. Guess what! They don't make CPK patterns small enough to fit Jord. :confused3 (So I have had to "wing it")

Ok I still haven't gotten around to learning how to sew, but now that DDs birthday party is behind me I am going to start soon. I cheated and ordered for DD and my DM added to pants and shirt. She also has ratatouille necklace, which she took off before I could take pictures.

Ordered chef hat and apron from a great seller!
