Well, here is the Wiggles outfit. I am not really finished with it. I am changing the ruffle on the pants. It will be one of the ruffles that goes on top of the hem, so I can hide part of the appliqués. They came really big so I am going to cut them in half and it will look like they are peaking out of the ruffle. I hope

I technically am not doing the appliquéing. I had to call a seamstress to do them since I really messed up the small one I tried on the back. I should have the outfit back by Friday. I will post updated pic's when it is really finished.
Anyway- This is the Butterick apron dress. I just lined it with fabric, so I didnt have to use the seam binding. I also pieced together the back out of all the Wiggles colors, since I could not get Wiggles fabric in time. Please be honest about what you think. I don't want DD to look silly.
*** Disclaimer*** this is the first real outfit I have made. I have never used a pattern before. It is not perfect, but I think it is ok! Also, DD will have matching bows (I make them), a white tee under it and I am not sure on shoes. I wanted M2M, but I don't have time to order them and my drawing skills are worse than my sewing skills. So I think it will be keds, with matching ribbon instead of laces.
I am also open to any ideas you all have to spice it up a bit. I don't want it to be clownish, just Wiggle Fabulous
She is not climbing the wall... It just looks like it

You can see the patch I had to make to cover the botched appliqué. It was sooooo BAD!
Thanks for looking.
