I love the JO JO outfit. The colors are fantastic!! Dena your stuf is totally awesome! I'm still waiting to hear from you about the Nightmare and Toy Story outfits on your "About Me" page. :goodvibes

BUT I want those ear clippies!!! Does anyone make these, or sell these?? Maybe just point me to a seller? When they were posted ages ago, I contacted that seller, but they never got back to me. Please help, my daughter (well Mommy) NEEDS these!!!

I PMed you.

I am looking for the Alexander Henry smiles around the world fabric in natural. i would need only need about a yard. Does anyone know where I can find this? I have been searching online all morning.

Tink.. I love the JOJO outfit. Great job Dena.

Do have a pic of the back of the shirt?

:scared1: HA HA :scared1: Look what I just added to my siggy. Whoops here come number 4 :rotfl2: :rotfl2: I'm a little scared but happy :dance3:

I really really like this, this is my favorite use of this fabric yet. So, are the pics sewn onto the squares of denim, then frayed, then sewn onto the pants? I like the look of that.

So here's a shirt I made for DD. She's 17 and gave me as much attitude about having to do a picture than my 5 yo does.

This is very cute! But I still doubt dd16 would go for it!

Here are my latest outfits, shoes, shirts, whatever...LOL

I really tried to make the shoes, like someone else did, but I'm not happy with them...

I think the shoes look fine! And, of course, the outfits are outstanding as usual!!

I am going to try and post pictures now. These are for my 2 DD and 1 shirt for my DS. Thanks for all the inspiration from you all, most I have copied from someone on here.

You did a terrific job! Lucky kids!

Tink, you know I think Gracie looks gorgeous in everything but that outfit looks beautiful on her!

Dena, see above! Great job, as always!

Hi gang -- please see my reminders post http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1512183

I try to allow a lot of leeway on this thread but be careful. I'm letting the stuff about looking for people to make stuff stay for now but I will have to remove stuff if it gets into offers to make and sell stuff posted on this board. But any for sale posts will be deleted.

If you read through this whole thread you will see lots of people who make stuff. If you want to get in touch with someone please send them a private message. Just remember that the DIS is not responsible for any transactions/trades etc that take place.

I think the squares are frayed then sewn to the denim square. The denim square is then frayed. Not sure of the process, I bought them from you know where....

:yay: :yay: This was my first attempt at sewing!!! Not Disney, but not too bad!! I have to put buttons on and maybe add a ruffle - DD wanted to wear it to our Model-T club brunch this morning. I started and finished it all last night!!! :cool1:

I think you did a wonderful job! The colors ROCK and it looks very twirly! It doesn't need a ruffle but I have seen some very cute hot pink heart buttons that would be cute. Great job!

Here is DS's Birthday shirt, I think it will look cute with DD's dress. Please excuse the bed head :) jen

Definately twirly!! DD picked out the fabrics. She loves pink!!

Can anyone tell me who made the outfit titled "flags" in the photobucket gallery under theme park specific outfits? It looks like it would be great for Epcot and was wondering if the person could make me 2 of them.

Sorry Beth. :guilty: I love all the designs, but I have no idea how to sew. I thought someone could help me with some outfits for our trip. It won't happen again. I didn't mean to break the rules. :flower3:

Jen,

Your son and daughter are so adorable! He is so handsome in his shirt. BTW, how does he handle Disney? We are going in a few months, and I am scared ds will not be able to deal with all the sensory issues there.

OK, this outfit was the hardest I've done and I am so proud of it! I went to JoAnn's almost every day this week to get it done. Here is a summary of my misadventures:

Trip 1: Bought fabric, ribbon, elastic and thread. Mom gave me the pattern.
Trip 2: Finished the capris and noticed that I needed red thread to sew on the red ribbon on the bottom. Bought red thread.
Trip 3: Sewed the ribbon on and it looks like crap. Went back to JoAnn's to buy Mickey head buttons to glue on the sides. Covered the bad spot and looks cute!
Trip 4: Finished the top and it is way too short! Went back to the JoAnn's to buy more fabric to make another tier. Had to rip out hem and everything.

And I appliquéd! I was scared but it really wasn't that bad. I even used the scraps and made myself an appliquéd t-shirt. I appliquéd the pink fabric onto the green fabric and then ironed the whole thing on the t-shirt. I am not brave enough to appliqué onto knit yet! Megan made a bracelet out of the leftover buttons. I was worried the lime green and pink were too bright together, but my husband said at least we won't lose her at Disney!
