Kids counter service options

I've noticed a lot of talk about the choices kids can get lately. If there is already a list, please point me to it!

I'm curious to know this also. What choices have you been able to get recently at Disney World for kids at counter service locations?

Allears lists a variety of different foods at different locations, but I keep seeing cold chicken or PBJ mentioned repeatedly.

So what did your kids eat at Disney CS and where? What did that include? Choices?
