Sorry if this been asked before but...
I found a difference in the kids menu for TS restaurants this year, the menus says: Kid's complete meals and they give you a couple of choices.
Then there are the kid's picks and they give you a choice of:
1 appetizer, 1 entree and 1 desert, and the menu options changes.
I'm confused! :confused3

Not sure what you're asking, but most (if not all) TS restaurants offer both. They usually have 2 full meals, then several more options on the kids picks section of the menu, where they can choose from 2-3 appetizers, entrees and desserts, mix and match style.

So if they wanted hamburger helper, can they pick an appetizer and dessert? Do they allow "substitutions"?

Well I read the menus on allears, and they have both selections.
For example, here's the kid's menu from Le Cellier:

Kids' Complete Meals

These menus include one serving from each of the five food groups

Pizza with mozzarella and diced chicken (optional), served with veggies and brown-sugar apples $7.49

Beef and Macaroni with marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella served with veggies and fruit salad $7.49

Kids' Picks
Choice of 1 Appetizer, 1 entree and 1 dessert - $7.49

Appetizer

Carrot and Celery Sticks OR Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup

Entrees

Pasta and Tomato Sauce

OR

Hot Dog

OR

Grilled Steak - Add $2.00

The kid's meal is one option and the kid's pick is another. ???
