Kids Club and potty-training requirements

My son will have just turned 3 when we cruise on the Dream at the end of April. When we booked over a year ago, I had assumed that he would be out of diapers by then, but now I'm not so sure he will be. How strict are they about this requirement? I know that the CM's can't do anything with changing diapers or helping with the bathroom, but would he be allowed to go for a short time (an hour or so) wearing a diaper or pull-up if he wouldn't need to be changed during that time? I think he would really enjoy some of the activities in the club, and it would also be nice to be able to have a little adult time occasionally.

A 3 year old can go to Oceaneer's Club/Lab, regardless of potty-trained status. If not potty-trained, you will be asked to return frequently to handle this yourself, as the CMs in Oceaneer's cannot do it.

If there is a accident, they will call you to come take your child to clean him up.

I'm not sure whether they are allowed a diaper or pull up in Oceaneer's. Maybe @KT2038 can chime in here (kid's club CM here on the boards).
