Columbus Day is the 8th. If we did that week, we'd get there on the 6th and have to leave on the 14th. That wouldn't be good since we'd only get to see Kirsteen for 1 day.:sad2:

That won't work then.

I still think we should dress as a big polygamist family for MNSSHP. :rotfl:

 I am surprised the DIS or thou-that-shall-remain-unnamed (Nate's BFF, think Cheeto fingers) hasn't revoked my free DIS membership.

I am so un-versed with Universal! :scared1: Michael wants to visit Universal but I am not sure I could miss a day of Disney. Maybe I will hit the spa at the SSR while Michael takes the kids. :cloud9:

Insurance is paying $1,500 of the $4,400 so that leaves $2,900. He is willing to take monthly payments sans interest. :woohoo:

When in 2012? :flower3:

Ohhh a spa day while everyone else does Universal sounds nice :cloud9:

That's great that you can do interest-free monthly payments :yay:

Most likely July or August so we can go for an extended time. I would love to do December, but the crowds scare me :scared1:

I know. :cloud9: I need to look into what sort of packages they offer. I wonder if DVC members get a discount? I know we get a killer golf discount. :surfweb:

It's so great. Their pay-it-all-now-cash-discount was only $150 which isn't a huge motivator to pay it now imho.

The longer the better. :thumbsup2 Early December would be fine I think but the days between Christmas and NYE- no way! :scared1: Parks hitting capacity at 11 am doesn't sound magical to me.

I just wanted you to know that I am in the middle of making some changes to my dining and days. I will let you know what they are when I am done. :goodvibes

Have you gone mad this close to departure? :hyper: :faint: :rotfl:

Can't wait to hear about the changes and even more the rationale! popcorn::

Well I just switched up our days so so I wasn't doing DHS 2 days in a row....and a few other days. I will be back once I put the little one in bed.

:lmao::rotfl2: Yep, we could be the "family" from Sister-wives!

No worries there! I don't think Nate's BFF is a DISer. Though his spies are everywhere!!:surfweb: :rotfl2:

UGH on braces. 3 out of our 4 will have gone through that. Thank heavens they take payments (also no interest) and that we've been able to keep it at one kid at a time.

I'll have plenty of universal info for you once I get to that part of my TR. Though, knowing me and the rate I'm going, it could be a little while. :rotfl2:

OK, here are my new plans, I am just going to quote myself since it is a lot easier. My new plans are going to be this color.

We are so excited. Since you asked here are our plans.

Tuesday, Feb 1 ~ Our plane lands at 9:50pm so we have a room only ressie at Pop this night.

Wednesday, Feb 2 ~ This day is a resort day. We will probably sleep in and hang out at the resort. We are eating at Boma @ 5:10pm this night.

Thursday, Feb 3 ~ Animal Kingdom ~ We are eating at Tusker House for breakfast @ 10:20am. My original time for breakfast was at 8:20am but I have read that the later seatings aren't so rushed. This way we can hit some rides and get some fast passes and have a relaxing breakfast. We are still headed over to MK for MSEP and Wishes tonight.

Friday, Feb 4 ~ Magic Kingdom ~ We are having lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern @ 11:30am.

Saturday, Feb 5 ~ Epcot ~ We have Le Cellier ressies @ 11:45am today.

Sunday, Feb 6 ~ Break Day ~ Cape May Cafe ressies @ 5:00pm

Monday, Feb 7 ~ Epcot ~ Biergarten @ 5:00pm

Tuesday, Feb 8 ~ DHS ~ Sci-Fi @12:50pm Old Plan ~ Magic Kingdom ~ Crystal Palace @ 8:10am

Wednesday, Feb 9 ~ Break Day ~ Ohana @ 5pm

Thursday, Feb 10 ~Animal Kingdom ~ Yak and Yeti @ 11:30pm. MSEP is scheduled again tonight so I think that we will go over to MK and watch it again. Old Plan ~ DHS ~ Brown Derby @ 4:50pm

Friday, Feb 11 ~ Magic Kingdom ~ Crystal Palace @ 8:20am. DHS ~ Sci-Fi @ 11:30am

Saturday, Feb 12 ~ Break Day ~ Chef Mickey's for a late breakfast @ 10:45am.

Sunday, Feb 13 ~ Free Day ~ Whatever Park we want in the morning. Hollywood Brown Derby @ 3:10pm for Fantasmic.Animal Kingdom ~ Yak and Yeti @ 11:30am. I am planning on going over to DHS to watch Fantasmic tonight.

Monday, Feb 14 ~ Free Day ~ Whatever Park we want. Kona @ 5:15pm

Tuesday, Feb 15 ~ Magic Kingdom ~ Our last full day. :sad1: Tony's @ 5:15pm. I know that Tony's gets a bad rap on the dining board but you say it is really good Jenny and I have seen some good reviews lately. Lexi loves Lady and the Tramp so I know she will love it here.

Wednesday, Feb 16 ~ No park today. ME will come for us around 8:30am I think. Our flight is at 11:30am.

So any suggestions. I am open to changing my plans, if they work with my adr's or if I can change my adr's I am willing to do that too. I do have to pay out of pocket for 1 adr since I have one to many.

So really I just switched my ADR's and park days around. I wouldn't mind if I could spread out my EPCOT days but at least they are separated by a break day. The only ADR that I can't change without losing it is Le Cell (no big surprise there). I wasn't really happy with them before but now I am.

I am going to try to schedule a Wishes dessert party for one of our nights if I can find any openings when I get paid on Friday.

When you make your ADR's online they ask you what you are celebrating and I changed them from first visit to celebrating Alexia's birthday so I am hoping that a few places will make a big deal out of it. We always celebrate her half birthday and that falls on Feb 16 (the day we leave).

:rotfl: As long as I can be Meri (the first) and not Robyn (the 4th), she's a big whiney cry baby! :lmao:

No worries there! I don't think Nate's BFF is a DISer. Though his spies are everywhere!!:surfweb: :rotfl2:

:rotfl: Can you imagine being so socially inept you have internet spies?

I'm finally all caught up!! Now I can keep up!:thumbsup2

:flower3: I will hold you to that!

Cool- would love your Universal info!

We will keep them one at a time but I will be paying over 7 years total. :faint: Crazy when I say it like that!

How was Germany? popcorn:: I haven't seen pics of FB yet.

Jessica, I have to copy your plans to Word so I can quote and post. ;) BBS.

Hmm, I need to investigate DVC discounts at the spas.

I actually prefer one long trip each year to a few shorter trips. I feel less rushed and am able to just relax. On shorter trips, I'm always trying to pack it all in. Last summer, we went for 10 days and we slept in a few mornings and came in early a few evenings. If we were only in Disney 5 days, I would NEVER have done that.

I'd love to go early December, but I teach and can't get out of work. As much as I love the decorations and festivities, I don't think I could handle the crowds or the possible delays at the airports because of blizzards.

While I'd love one addition trip in the fall for F&W and the Halloween party, I'd rather head West to Disneyland.

Are you visiting DLR this year?

I totally agree and that's why I always feel so rushed at Disneyland; our trips there are simply shorter. I am slowly learning to chill and enjoy the entire process.

I hadn't thought about weather issues with regard to going in December. That makes missing this December a little less painful. :goodvibes

At this point no but we don't tend to plan Disneyland as far out as WDW as it's much closer and less $$. The bummer is booking into the GCV. In retro, I wish we would have bought 100 pts at GCV and 100 at SSR to be able to book GCV at 11 months. That's where we'll add on when we add on. :thumbsup2

I am going to So Cal for my bday to visit my BFF in March. My other friend's hubby works for Disney so our last trip she got us 3 of us in for free the whole time which was fabulous! If we decide to do a day, she'll just sign us in. I truly doubt we'll go ad this is more of a party: trip. ;) but never say never.

I still need to start that trip report.

BTW Jennifer, I have ticker envy!

I know! She was ALWAYS crying!! I can't even begin to imagine that lifestyle.:sad2: Sorry, but I'm not sharing Nate with anyone!:rotfl2:

:rotfl2: Sexually I wouldn't share but I would be happy to share Michael's off moods. ;)

Hold away!! See....I'm back again today.

 Tell me the dates of your WDW trips for this year!!!
June for anniversary rt? What's August?

Yes, and when we went in December we all came home with pneumonia. It was cold at first but then warmed up by the end of our stay. We didn't even bother swimming. On the home, by the time we hit South Carolina, I had a fever of 104*. That wasn't a fun way to end a trip! So that can make missing December a little less painful too!:flower3:

I'll just miss you on your trip Jennifer! What day do you leave WDW?

:rotfl: I know those moods!! Nate has them too!

I have the room ressie made for June but I'm holding out to see if it will actually happen. Well, it will happen, just our dates may change or I may have to cut short our trip.:sad2: I won't know until Feb. 1. Nate has to go to Gettysburg with the Boy Scouts and the dates aren't set yet. Only one of the set of dates doesn't interfere with our trip. But it is a lottery system and they won't know until the first.

August we are doing our Key West trip. Driving down to the Keys for a few days and then hitting Disney on the way home to stay at OKW. Can't make those ressies until the 22nd though. Forgot about the 7th month window until I was just about to call. :guilty: I'll get to see Tracy for a couple of days as she's arriving on the 25th.:yay:

I would remind the host when you check in that it's her bday. That way you won't be disappointed. :goodvibes

I like having the Tusker breakfast later. :cool1: If you are going to make rope-drop, take advantage of attractions not meals you can attend anytime. :thumbsup2

Is it 20 days now? :woohoo:
