Kidani arrival question - valet/garage?

If you have been to Kidani, I would appreciate your feedback. When we arrive, do they have bell services out front to unload our stuff and then we drive to the garage to park our car or do they have valet services? The main thing is that we want our car in the garage and I am not sure how to get it there.

Yes they have bell services and valet at Kidani. You can just pull up under the port cochere and someone will help you unload your bags and will park the car for you in the valet lot. (FYI: The valet lot is in front of the building, not under it.)

If you want to park the car yourself in the under-building lot rather than use the valet, there is a small check-in lot near the main entrance to Kidani. You can park there for up to 30 minutes while you go check in. That is what we did. Our room was ready when we checked in so we moved the car to the under-building lot, close to the elevator nearest to our room. We unloaded the car and brought our bags up ourselves.

There are no assigned spaces in the under-building lot so if your room isn't ready when you check in, you could just park anywhere and move your car later once you get your room assignment.

Pull up under the port cochere and have Bell Services take your bags. Then move your car to the under-building parking rather than have the valet take the car.
