Can some point me to a map for the 3 bedroom villas. Recommended request? Lower floor and Sunset Savanna? Anything else? Thanks

As to requests, if standard view GV, there is no reason to make any location or other requests because the only two standard GVs are in the same area next to each other overlooking Pembe savanna (and both are far from the lobby). As to a savanna view GVs, all overlook Sunset so no need to request a particular savanna, but otherwise a location request may be considered. The major issue is distance to lobby, bus stop and pool; the Kidani building is 2/3 mile long and the GVs that are at the end of either of the two wings will give you extremely long walks to any amenities, e.g., the walk from end room of the north wing (one on which the pool is) to lobby is about the same as walking from the base of World Showcase at Epcot to Germany. You should likely avoid requesting close to lobby. You might get it, but huge numbers of guests who have been at Kidani before and faced those long walks, request close to lobby, significantly lowering the probability of getting it. Moreover, if Disney cannot meet a location request, it places you in any available room, which is often a room at the end of one the wings, far from the lobby. We have used two requests that have usually worked: (a) "near the Timon elevator," which is on the south wing and gives you short walk to bus stop and within striking distance of lobby and pool; or (b) "near the Rafiki elevator," which is on the north wing and gives you shortest possible walk to a pool gate and within striking distance of lobby and bus stop.
