We recently returned from an eight day trip and used the tottoos on all three of our kids. Being their ages are varied, we chose to place the tottoos on the outside of their forearm/near wrist each time we applied one. That way, if the younger ones happened to be lost (unlikely with double stroller use), they may not have to remember where the information was...The tottoos were plainly visible. Fortunately, no one ever got lost, but it was a nice safety net for us, together with our reminders to the kids of who and where to get help should they become lost. We even had a number of people inquire about the tottoos and compliment what a great idea they are. I have plenty leftover, as, despite the heat, sweat, sunscreen and swimming, we did not have to remove and reapply everyday.
Just as a word of caution to marking inside of clothes and shoes...I read another thread that mentioned that supposedly CM's are not allowed to inspect clothes, etc. to look for information that might not be in plain sight in th case of a lost child.
When I ordered the tottoos, I inquired on the best/safest wording to use. The owner nicely emailed me back and agreed that "To reach my parents, call xxx-xxx-xxxx", which offers only the necessary information without having to list names, etc. to protect the child in the safest manner.
Happy travelling all!!!

Not that this would be my recommendation for "tagging" your children....just thought I'd share.
