Ki Alphabet Soup Help

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I got a can of Ki Alphabet Soup letters in black bean, to use in an ABC book I want to make. The problem is, I didn't get a B or a Y. I've got lots of other repeated letters and a complete set of numbers that I don't have a plan for. Is there any chance anyone has those two letters that they'd be willing to part with? I'm happy to do a trade of letters or goodies and provide postage.

I would call Ki and let them know, they might just send you the letters you need.

Call or email the manufacturer. I just opened some page protectors from Creative Imaginations that I bought from who knows where about 6 months ago -- they didn't have the post extenders! All it took was an email to the company and wa-la, the post extenders are in the mail - free of charge!

Thanks for the advice. I e-mailed the company last night and already got a response saying how sorry they were and that they'd take care of the mistake. You really can't ask for a better response than that.

Thanks to all for the advice. The company was so fast! They sent me two of each of the missing letters, and a number of other letters as well, though why I need a grand total of 5 Q's, I don't know. Guess I'll have to plan a page around them.
