DH and I are thinking about this. Am I right in thinking there is some sort of discount as a DVC member/PAP holder? How far in advance is it advisable to book?

The Tour is great and very informative. I would recommend it highly. You do get a discount for being a DVC member. They will ask where you are staying and other information when you book. It "usually" does not fill up, but to be on the safe side, you should book when you check into your resort.
