keys to the kingdom tour

Good morning everyone I need your help (well my Dm does ) she has been trying to book the keys to the kingdom tour for me as my birthday surprise and what ever number she has been calling she us on hold for a long time and just gives up ( I only know because I am the one that books everything and my husband had to tell me becuase they did not know what to do next ) can any one tell me what number I need to call to book this tour and what option to press so my Dh can pass it to mum .
