Keys to the Kingdom Reservations?

We are getting mixed messages about how to book the Keys to the Kingdom Tour. We have been told we can reserve this tour 60 days prior, but either at midnight or 6:00 AM. We have tried both with no success. Also, does the 60 + 10 days count for this? We are frequent visitors so don't need to stay in a hotel. I am not finding any availability. Are there tips for this? HELP... THANKS!

It should be 60 days at midnight. Since you’re offsite, you don’t get the +10. If you’re not seeing it, it could be booked, because onsite can do +10.
