Keys to the Kingdom and Parade times?

I am planning on doing the Keys to the Kingdom tour and want to see the afternoon parade the same day, so my question is- if I book the 9:30 tour, will that leave me enough time to get to a good parade spot (or am I dreaming?)? The parade is at 3pm the day I am going to be at MK. 60-some days to go and already getting a little nutsy about the planning- thanks- Sheila

We just did this tour on Friday. It was great. We did the 8:30 tour and finished up about 2:00. Depending on your guide, you might be pushing it. The tour is usually 4 1/2 to 5 hours. I hope you enjoy your tour whatever you decide. It is so wonderful.

I agree with regi. I took the 9:30 tour back in September, and while it ended before the parade started, it wasn't much before the parade started and everyone already had all the good spots staked out. If I were you, I wouldn't plan on seeing the parade that day. But the tour is totally worth every minute. I wouldn't cut a minute short just to see the 3pm parade.

We did the 9:30am Keys tour and our guide had to cut it short because 2 guests wanted to see the parade. Everyone else was a bit upset but she could not let them leave alone as we were in the Utilitors at that point. I think it would be really close to the parade for this tour time. You may not get a great viewing spot.
