Keys to Kingdom tour blackout dates?

We are 45 days out, today we decided to try to book the Keys tour. But when I look online it has November 19-30 blocked out with the sole availability November 29. We wanted to go on Sunday the 20th. The calendar is wholly blocked out (grey). Does this mean it’s sold out or just not happening that day? We could rearrange and try for another date but really wanted 11/20. Thanks
