Key West docking & debarking Time

Can anyone from some recient cruises tell me what time The Magic actual docked at Key West and when people were allowed to debark?????

In May it was arrival at noon, all ashore 12:30 pm and all aboard at 9:45 pm.

On 7/19, we docked earlier than we were told. We went to eat lunch, and the gangways opened up while we were at lunch. I believe that people started going ashore at about noon.
