If we have a ressie for our home resort and take family with us(2br), will they be issued KTW cards ?

If another family accompanies us, will their keys charge my credit card? Or can they be seperated where my cards charge my cc and the other family keys charge their cc?

They will ask you at the front desk if you want to give the rest of your party charging priveledges. You can have it put on as many or as few cards as you choose.

make sure you take your keys with to the parks.

they are needed for the early morning, late evening - surprise hour(s).

I'm curious, do you just have to flash your keys to get the wristbands for the EMH or do they check them electronically? The last time I did that was when they were doing the initial trial during May 2004 and I just flashed them. I will have one extra child over the "limit" they allow for the amount of guests in a 1BR so Iwill be one key short. It is only for the one night that she will be with us.

Thanks

they looked at our keys. before they gave us the wrist bands.

there are lines to even get in the line you need to show your keys.

of course they weren't asking for the ID (like the front desk does) before excepting your word that was your key.

In the past, and I have not heard of any cahnge, you can use diffrent credit cards for diffrent Key to the world cards. in other owrds if you have 5 guests and they ecah want to use his or her own credit card, they can, just specify when you check in and have the various guests present thier credit cards.

I can't remember - if everyone in the room has charging priveleges, do the different key cards have different numbers on the bill? In other words, would my card (#1) have charges with a '1' next to them, versus DH's card (#2) having a '2' next to his charges?

Yes - that is the plan. 01 - DVC member, 02 - first guest, 03- second guest - now however their name is also on these cards.

when you have one room - then you can only have one credit card.

your friends can use their credit card - but not the room ID.

when I bring guests - I generally only have the credit card on my ID - not theirs.

We stayed in a two bedroom at OKW in January with my husband's family members. They only allowed one credit card to have charging privileges. So only my card and my husband's card had chargins privileges. My BIL used his credit card when he wanted to charge his purchase.
