We have a MYW plus dining package. Will all our dining credits, park tickets, and charging abilities all be on the room key?

Also, we have 10 day non-expire passes that we won't be using all the days on. Do we just keep our "key" for our next trip?

Thanks :flower:

I can't answer your question about park passes but we just got back from a trip on the premium plan and everything was coded into our room key, all the meals, tours, recreation,... It made things very simple.

I also am wondering about the how the used days on a 10 NE tickets will work. We are going in Jan. We are only going to use 2 days of the park passes. We bought the 10 NE PH plus options tickets with a package including the dining plan. Anyone know?

The answer to both of your questions is yes! :)

All dining credits, park admissions, and charging capabilities will be accessed through your room key.

Then, for your next trip - just take your room key back to use the remaining days.

Have a fantastic trip!

Exactly what Snacky said.

On your room key, there are two "numbers" in the system for that key. The first number does your charging and room entry. That is the ID# at the bottom. When you check out, that number is "de-activated" so it will no longer charge, nor enter rooms.

The second number is your ticket number. It is the one printed in the center of the ticket by your name and dates of stay. Those numbers can actually be decoded by ticketing CM's to tell them where you are staying, what time your ticket was printed, and what ticket number it is for the day. That number always stays in the system pointing towards your ticket in the computer. Now, even though it's there, doesn't mean it will be active. If you have base tickets, they will expire 14days from the first use like any MYW ticket without the No Exp. option.

Thanks guys!

One more silly question...what do the cards look like these days? Last time we went (2003) they were light blue Tink cards. Have they changed?

They now have a Happiest Celebration on Earth theme.

Did a Google search and found this site, which shows some guy's collection of keys & tickets.

Thanks for the responses! We are going in January with a hodge podge of old park hopper passes, my AP voucher and a few MYW no exp. option tickets. I'm hoping by the end we will have used the old passes and put the remaining days from the MYW no exp. paper tickets onto the appropriate people's room keys.

Just an FYI - I'm not sure I understand your situation - but only ONE piece of admission can be put onto the room key. You can't combine all of them onto the room key.

I hope that makes sense, and that it's useful information! :)

I think it does. My DW has two park hoppers with unused days from prior trips. She can only get one of them transferred to the room key.

Can she just use one of the old park hopper one day to enter the park and her room key with the transferred days from her other park hopper another day?
