I just saw confirmation from Vegan Disney World (on Instagram) that the key lime soft serve is Dole, and it's vegan (and therefore dairy-free) without the chocolate feather.

I just saw this as well and I’m super excited about it. I love the pineapple dole whip but lime is my absolute favourite flavour and I can’t wait to try this in October.
