A little pin news.....I read in Disney Magazine today that
the pins for the new 100th tribute to Walt will be high tech "smart"
pins. They will be sold under a giant sorcerors hat in MGM studios.
Size 605 7/8, wow what a hat. The idea behind the pins is that they will interact with certain
parades and activities around the park. Such as: the Spectro Magic
pin with light up when certain floats go by. Another pin will interact
with video displays placed around the parks, when you answer a
question correctly on the video screen the pins will light up. Sounds like fun, it also sounds
like pins are here to stay or at least for another year. Anybody else hear
anything more on this???
