I'm starting to get coffee grounds in my cup of coffee. I've tried cleaning the
kcup holder but I'm still getting them. Anyone else have this problem?

Is it every different brand/type of K-Cup? We have that problem once in a while but I noticed one day it only seemed to be one brand of K-Cup (of course I can't remember which one - it wasn't Green Mountain). It seemed like that brand perhaps wasn't manufactured as well was the only thing I could figure out. And it happened more often with tea K-Cups.

This is happening to us too, it happens with the K-Cups and with the My k-cup (the one you fill with your own coffee) no idea what to do about it!

They may have gotten inside the chamber that holds the k-cup. Try blowing it out with canned air. Had to do the same thing with our machine at work.

I had this happen, I took apart the cup holder, ran a pipe cleaner and toothpick through the "needle" that impales the k cup (I'm sure there are technical terms for it, but I think you know what I mean) and then ran a couple empty cups of hot water through. It worked very well; it lasted about 6 months as I have to do it again soon, I think.
