Keurig lovers... I would like some ideas!

So.. i was planning on just getting the basic B40 one but this Sams deal looks pretty nice.
Water filter included, additional 60 k-cups on top of the 18 that come with it already.
It's the B66 for $129.. I'm thinking it's the way to go.

Anyone have any advice on the B40 vs. the B66?

Definitely go with the B66. It has a larger water tank and you get 3 sizes to brew. Plus with the bonus kcups, I think you won't be sorry.

I also have the carousel to put my kcups in. It looks so cute on the counter next to the machine....I like to have a large variety of kcups out in view. Then I just spin the carousel around until I find something I like

We absolutely love ours. Can't say enough good things about it. It isn't for everyone, but it fits us perfectly

Alright. I bought the Sams set!

It came with a water filter + 2 additional replacement cartridges... plus the bonus K-Cups.

They also had the Newmans Own K-cups.. a box of 80 was $33.
Pretty good from what I've seen!!!

Keurig's were everyone in my family's Christmas presents LAST year! ...And everybody loves them.

I tend to buy our K-Cups from one of two places:

www.coffeeforless.com is good - they have good customer reviews, and you can get 6% discounts when going thru ebates.com

www.coffeeicon.com - I tend to use this one the most. They normally sell 24-count boxes for $9.99. We just all get together and place an order at the same time, so that we can get free shipping.

The keurig.com website, itself, is nice, too - to be able to buy those 5-count samplers - a nice way to try out flavors...

As far as favorite flavors - my husband likes the Tully's Kona, the Donut House Cinnamon Roll, Gloria Jean's Cappucino, and the Coffee People Donut Shop. My Mom likes the Caribou Blend Decaf... My Aunt likes the Timothy's German Chocolate Cake... My brother-in-law likes the Green Mountain Nantucket Blend.

Me? I don't drink coffee! ..But I think the Keurig's are just the COOLEST thing. I'll be filling everyone's Christmas baskets this year with various K-Cups!

I LOVE my Keurig! I bought it at Costco several months ago when they had the one that came with 90 extra K-cups, plus a coupon inside for Buy 2 boxes get 2 boxes free from Keurig.com.

I also bought the little spinning carousel at Bed bath and Beyond. I usually buy a lot of the coffee there as well because it is only $7.99 when you use a coupon.

As far as the hot chocolate goes, I mentioned it to the Keurig sustomer service rep on the phone and she told me the reason why most people find it watery is because they tend to use the larger cup setting. They are made to be used with the small or medium setting.

My famliy's favorites hands down are

Nantucket Blend
Kona blend
Emeril's Vanilla Bean BAM!
and WILD MOUNTAIN BLUEBERRY!!!! I know blueberry cofee sounds weird but it is to die for if you like blueberry.

My kids also like the Dark Chocolate hot cocoa and the White chocolate hot cocoa.

Hmm. I opened the box from Sams and was excited to find all the extras- the KCups and the water filter, etc.. were in their own boxes. I'll wrap them separately so it looks like more than one huge gift.

I might go ahead and open up the actual coffee maker to register it though.
DH won't mind... I doubt he'd even notice.

His birthday is in January, though (29th). I might wait and just do that as a birthday thing.

I need to find the filter so you can use regular coffee grains. It's on my Amazon list but waiting on something else so it can ship free.

Now I need to find him a nice mug, too.. as I know he'll be wanting to take some deliciousness to work!

I also need to keep it under wraps for another month. I got him a Blu-Ray player last year and it slipped waaay before Christmas because I was so excited.

I have had my Keurig for almost a year. I have the platinum with the 5 cup option and the huge water reservoir. We had to get a water purifier on our faucet (supposedly it sustains the life of the heating element). But I absolutely love this machine. When I have bible study at my house or a guest over I feel like my own coffee shop. I absolutely love anything gloria jeans butter toffee, mudslide, too. I also love nantucket by green mountain. My husband loves the bold flavors like colombian, and jet fuel. I buy my coffee from big cat coffee online and you can make your own coffee packs (personal packs) this gives you a chance to try different kinds. I was at Kohls one day and somebody asked me if I worked for this company because I talked two people into buying this machine. I truly believe in this machine... I am not a person that is indulgent with myself but now I feel spoiled to have coffee so fast in the morning and not have to reheat a pot like I used to.
