Keto diet at Disney?

Quick question that I posted elsewhere but got no response.....

I had heard that the chefs would work with you on the ketogenic diet. Can anybody confirm this and share any experiences with this????

1) Make sure you call ahead.
2) These are not a standard as other special meal foods.
