Keto Crumbs?

We found these in the grocery store today. They say they are for coating chicken or fish. I was wondering if anyone has used them as a sub for bread crumbs in meatloaf or burgers? I was using the pork rinds, but that smell is ghastly. Are they any other uses for these crumbs? Thanks!!

I have used them for chicken and pork. I fried them, and added some italian seasoning for taste. (They also come in italian seasoned, if you can find them.) They are not bad, a nice change now and then.
