hi,

has anyone used Kenwood Travel before for a booking? we only need to book a hotel and they seem to be a good £3/400 cheaper than virgin and disney for the dates we want.. I feel sceptical?

We have used them before, we did have a problem paying our final total as one of the staff managed to divert the main phone number to his voice mail!! So we had to tweet them to get someone to call us back. We did get it sorted thankfully as it was the last day to pay or we would have lost the booking. Other than that fine no other problems

well turns out they couldn't fulfil my booking so I've gone through Disney
