Kelly did really good and I love Dolly but Whitney's version is my favorite, for sure.

If it was just about one song, I would have expected Dolly to be part of your survey. Not sure if Kelly ever recorded that song for release or just sang it at an award show.

The correct answer is Dolly.

100% this. But if I had to choose between the other two, I'd go Kelly. Whitney is a tad too dramatic and loud for me. It's not a dramatic song, it's a sad song.

Kelly. Very few female singers that I like, and Kelly is one of them...Whitney is not.

It's like All Along the Watchtower. I much prefer Jimi Hendrix's remake over the original Bob Dylan version. Sometimes remakes are better than the original.

I think even Bob Dylan admits the Jimi Hendrix version is better.
