Well, it's been there since May, but stands alone now that our August trip is a thing of the past.

But, Tokyo Disney would cost even more than WDW. Lodging and food is so expensive in Japan. I've never been to TD, but I imagine it's the cleanest amusement park anywhere. I love going to Tokyo Dining at Epcot.

DH is really ready to come home; it's an awful mess over there and it's not getting any better. He was in Canberra last year at this time and wishes he could be just about anywhere other than Afghanistan.

TD is a lot easier (and cheaper) for us to get to from Oz than Florida....and we would want to visit Japan; and tack on the Disney part at the end. Still hoping for Europe, though.

Similar boat, in that DH is in Kabul, but for 6 months. He's retired from the Air Force, but is still a DoD employee.

You have a BIG responsibility taking care of 3 children on your own. I hope your DH is safe and well. Mickey salutes and thanks him!
