176 minutes fitness walking the hills in my neighborhood.
I've got my first half marathon in two weeks and this was my last long walk before the race. I'm super excited. I'm doing an 8k on Saturday followed by the half on Sunday.

walked for 60 minutes doing a 5k. good time considering we had a 5 year old and a 3 year old walking (3 year old walked about 2 miles off and on) and a stroller with a one year old in the group. all proceeds went to Give Kids the World!
Finished the Portland Rock and Roll half marathon today. 4:03 Not my best time but I knew it would be slower since I just ran/walked a half marathon 3 weeks ago.
Got to the 5K and started having troubles with my asthma. Wheezing and coughing so it was either quit completely or just walk. I was able to slow the pace and just walk and finish with no more troubles.
The last 3 miles I escorted the sag wagon, or maybe they escorted me. Another gentleman and I kept telling each other "we got this it is just around the corner." We were the last 2 across the finish line that did not request the sag wagon. We were a bit stuborn "not getting on that thing if they don't make me".
Weather was great. Cloudy, breesy and low 60's. Sun is out now.
I had 45 minutes of treadmill time on Friday. I am behind this month because things have been so crazy, and I don't think it's going to get any better. Dh finally agreed to let me put a treadmill in the living room so I don't have to go to the gym everyday. That should help!
