Keep checking folks - A & E fp+ DO open up!!!

Just wanted to post some encouragement for those who've been unable to secure fp+ for Anna and Elsa. I couldn't get ANY when I tried at midnight when my 60 day window opened. I've been stalking the app, and after about 10 days, I got a single one. Another few days, and I managed to get an overlapping one for my dd. They were during the parade, but I took them. Now, tonight, I managed to move them both up to identical times, 7:10 - 8:10pm. So it looks like we can be out by the time the parade starts (husband and other daughters will save us seats). I'm still going to keep checking to see if I can get it earlier in the day...but at least for now, I've got them.

That means my later slots might be open right now if someone needs them....they were 8-9 pm and 8:30 - 9:30 pm on September 18th.

I think one of the things that may be happening right now is the fact that yesterday was my final payment deadline...maybe some people cancelled plans???

Yes they do. My 60 day window was yesterday. Found them for our 6th (last) day. No other days were available. Today I have found them available for almost everyday of our trip. I must have seen 12 different options over six days. We now have our FPs for 10:30 AM on our first day at WDW. If you don't get them right away, keep checking.

I will confess, I have been somewhat obsessive about it, because that's my nature. I'd guess I've been checking the MDE app about 10x per day, for a little over 2 weeks now. But it paid off, so I'm happy.

On the other hand, I saw on another thread that the standby line seems to be getting more reasonable...so maybe the madness is dying down a bit and it won't even be a big deal. (I hope so!)
