Just a warning...
I have tickets to Arizona in April on Delta.
About a month ago I check the flights and found my 3 hour layover in Salt Lake City had changed and was now 1 hour...no biggie because my flight departure time changed by 2 hours. We now leave at 8AM instead of 6AM. Seats stayed the same.
Today something just said to check the flights again....well the airplane size had changed from Salt Lake City to Phoenix (only a 45 minute flight) and we were all over the plane. Have 3 different reservations for 4 family members (long story). They put the 2 of us on one reservation together and the other 2 (who they had no way of knowing were traveling with us or together) were in 2 totally different aisles. Thankfully I was able to move us so we have our seats together...further back in the plane but together (did the aisle across from each other in 2 rows).
I am glad I saw this as early as I did. I know all airlines do this. I know it is so far out that is probably why I was not notified by Delta. I just want to remind people to keep checking every so often on any airline to see if planes or times have changed. The earlier you find it the better off you will be to get changes. I will continue to check my flights every couple of weeks......
Happy travels to everyone!!!!
