Kath and Kim actor/Test Track Pre Show Actor

My DH was watching Kath and Kim with me last night and he exclaimed:OMG, that's the guy from Test Track! Just listen to his voice, it's exactly the same!" He is really good at identifying celebrity voice overs for commercials, he once identified an actor just by hearing his voice on a busy New York sidewalk. I dunno, I can't find the name of the TT actor..

I have seen the Kath and Kim actor in many movies before, "Best of Show" comes to mind along with a bunch of other quirky movies I like.

Was he in a show about an ad agency or some other office setting..I am thinking that one with Brooke Shields..

ETA: Nope, it was Veronica's Closet, and he was Murphy Browns Administrative Assistant..here's part of his bio:

The scene my DH saw him in was with a very, very large man..about 400 lbs. These two guys are on the screen, and my DH keeps telling me that is the guy from TT. I am looking at the large man trying to picture him about 230 lbs ago..thinking, "How did that really thin guy get to be so big- and lose all resemblance to his former self?" I was totally confused, I never even considered the other actor. It took me about 3 minutes to figure out he wasn't talking about the big guy..then I still couldn't see it, and I certainly couldn't hear it..LOL. It doesn't take much for me to become confused.
