Finally, a nice long workout at the gym today. I wish my schedule allowed for it more often!

I'm recommiting on the food, had kind of a lazy weekend, too much ice cream, and other junk.

Back to work for me now. :sunny:

Great job getting your eating back under control! Ahh, to be back at 134 - I can't believe I was that weight 10 days ago... :rolleyes1 That cruise food will kill ya, but it is SO worth it and I wouldn't change a thing!

You are doing great squeezing in workouts whenever you can. Keep it up! :thumbsup2
 
I'm not liking this snow today!! :furious:

Not only did I have to shovel and clean off the car, but now I'm not able to get to the gym. I guess the shoveling will have to be my exercise for today.

I am doing some workout at home - crunches, pushups, squats, but just not the same.

Now if SPRING would ever arrive, maybe I could start running outside again. :rolleyes:

Biggest temptation stuck in the house is to go to the kitchen and exercise my mouth muscles! :lmao:
 
I'll send some sunshine and pixie dust your way! Hopefully that snow will melt and you'll get outside again. I noticed my Kmart had a HealthRider treadmill on clearance for $299. I want it, especially for the super hot summers we get down here.

Wow, you really got a great workout in! How did you make the mahi mahi? I have a recipe for Macadamia Crusted Mahi Mahi that is so delicious.
