Goodness, I keep typing and retyping, and can't quite put into words how I feel. I'm just so happy to have been able to be a small part of your trip. It brings me more joy than you can imagine! I don't know about the kids but it is getting harder and harder for me to sleep. We feel just like that Disney commerical where the kids can't sleep! My sweet husband just keeps say how excited he is for this trip.

It is unbelievable to me how talented those disBoutiquers are! Teresajoy did a beautiful job on the dress. In fact everyone did. It really is hard to pick a favorite because they are all so darling. Even the things sent to Brody are unbelievable though he won't let me say they are darling!

Hope your weather stays good and you don't have to evacuate again too soon. Lindsey has taken to worrying about Hurricanes. Tonight the phone call started out with 4 words "Mom, Ike is coming!" At first I had no idea what she was talking about. Then she starts telling me about her personal hurricane watch! I just can't worry about a hurricane, I am still worring about important stuff like what I am going to wear!

I think that the best thing is that the sooner we go, the closer all your trips become. It seemed like forever and then everyone started going and the time is just flying by. I hope I can do as good a job as the other "trip reporters" have done to share the wonder of a Wish trip!

Your trip is so close!!!! At this point, I'm usually running around like crazy! And, getting on everyone's nerves!!! I know you guys are going to have such a magical vacation!! Make sure you take tons of pictures to show us when you get back!

Yeah we're keeping an eye on Ike too. I hope that it doesn't mess up the trip. Tell Lindsey i feel her pain/worry, tell her to watch it but not get to obsessed, i catch myself getting that way and I worry myself sick. Here's to hoping for great weather.

I have already become a crazed hurricane watcher! I keep pulling up the internet to see where the projected path will be for each one and the I look at the 10 day projected forecast to see if anything has changed there. I just dont want to have a super soggy vacation. Plus Karlyn does not do well in the windy rainy weather.

Thank you so much for all you and everyone have done for us that will make this the most unforgettable wonderful trip ever! I wish that we could have met everyone in person. It was so fun to have you and the kids come by. Lindsey's kids still talk about it! Perhaps you guys can come by when we get back from the trip and we'll have a little party! It will almost be time for you to go then!

I am going to post a picture of my appliqued shirts and the pettiskirts in the morning. I am quite pleased with how they both turned out. You know I don't do much with cameras so I will need help from Mandy and she isn't home yet tonight and I am going to bed. Mike says we have to find a real sewing space for me but all the spare rooms aren't really spares at our house right now. I asked to use his office but was vetoed instantly. He would rather have me in the kitchen sewing than in his office and I don't think I can take the pressure of having to keep it cleaned up all the time.

Okay, yes you too can make a pettislip...you just have to be a little crazy and really, really like ruffles but it can be done. This is my granddaughter Raegan who happened to stop by this morning so she got to model. She is 3 and a little smaller than Karlyn and Gabby but that's ok. She is not a big smiler for anyone. We even tried bribery and it didn't work but she does want her own "Rella skirt" from grandma!

And here she is looking for the rest of Mickey Mouse on the shirt I did.

Now, I am still trying to figure out what to pack for me!
