You can wind up looking like you fell into a swimming pool after riding Kali. It might not be a good time to go straight to a bus for MK. Sitting on an air-conditioned Disney bus soaking wet is not the greatest- we've done it. An uber driver probably would not appreciate finding soaking wet passengers waiting either. Definitely not enough time to make it anyway.
But-- I agree with the other posters. Unless it is a really hot day or a really crowded day, I bet Kali won't have too much of a line in the morning if you really want to ride it-- it usually really picks up and gets really long in the afternoon once the heat sets in. I would either 1. keep your 3 FP+, but then right after you scan your 2nd one in try to move Kali up or get something different that kicks in sooner 2. just go ahead and cancel Kali now and then right after you scan your 2nd FP+ at AK, start looking for a FP at MK. You can book 2 FPs only and then right after you scan the 2nd one in book in a different park. You can also book in the other park from AK- you just can't have 2 parks on the same day booked at once. MK is usually the easiest park to get decent FPs in for the same day because there are so many attractions there.
Do you plan to spend the rest of the day at MK, or are you going back to AK? There is also the third option which would be to Keep your 3 FP+, and then right after you scan your 2nd one in, modify your Kali to anything available that kicks in immediately whether you want to do it or not- go scan there so you have used 3, and then try to get another tier 1- or book anything else and then start using the refresh to try to get a tier one. Depending on how big your party is- we have had a lot of success with refreshing. If you can't pull another tier one that kicks in before you need to leave AK, then if you are going back to AK, book something for much later, and then you have a whole bus ride to MK and back to play with refresh and see if you can get a Tier 1 to pop up for a time you can be there.
AK is about 7 miles from MK- so hopping between them can take quite a while. We have done it several times andit usually is at least an hour from the time you are walking out of one park until you are walking into the other.
