Just Wondering ?

I was looking ay the Key West web cam and saw a cruise boat docked,and looked up what ship it was and it was the RCCLs Rhapsody Of The Seas.It will be there until 3pm the next day so I was wondering,can you get on and off the boat allnight or is there a curfew.
