We had just left the BBB in the castle and Juliana had a mini-photo shoot. We met back up with Melody's cousin and kids, grabbed a quick lunch, and made our way to Frontierland. Juliana really wanted to ride on Big Thunder Mountain and we asked her cousin if he wanted to ride. Now he is a HUGE train fan... he loves them. So we told him that it was a train ride and he became really excited to go. Now when we were in Florida in December, he ended up riding the Shamu roller coaster in SeaWorld 3 times in a row with Juliana and loved it. So we thought BTMRR would be the perfect step up.

Now Melody and her cousin couldn't ride BTMRR because they both were pregnant so I had the honor of bringing the kids on the ride. The wait wasn't too long and the kids were really excited. It was our turn to get on the ride and I sat in between Juliana and her little cousin. The ride started and Ana's cousin started getting nervous... he got very quiet. Once we went down the first drop, that was it. He started crying. I was trying to tell him it was ok but he didn't like it at all. Now Melody and her cousin were standing in an area where they could see us on the ride and they both saw him crying. I felt so bad for him. Before we knew it the ride ended and he ran to his mom. I don't think he will be riding BTMRR any time soon.

After this incident the thought of riding on Splash Mountain got thrown out the window and we walked over to AdventureLand and we met up with our other friends. The Hannah & Lizzie got to see Juliana after her makeover.

We needed to find a ride that could cheer up the little guy.... how 'bout the Jungle Cruise? I wasn't sure if deciding on riding the JC or giving all the kids Mickey pops was the clear cut winner to cheering him up.

It wasn't long until we were on our cruise. We were about to go through the scary tunnel when our skipper needed someone to help him drive. The birthday princess was chosen!

She even received a Jr. Skipper license! Capt'n Ana did a great job!

We had a great ride though the jungle and got in line to fly on some magic carpets when we spotted two scallywags waiting in line.

Dave & Alex spent some time at the Pirates League while the girls were at the BBB. Dave said it was really fun and Alex had a great time with it. It might just be me but I think Dave had a better time with it. LOL

We flew the magic carpets and didn't even get wet!

We hit one more ride in AdventureLand before we left..... Pirates!

See I didn't scar Juliana's cousin for life.. he was loving Pirates! (pay no attention to fish face in the background... that is just Bill)

It was a great time!!

We had one more order of business before we left AdventureLand- DOLEWHIPS for all!!!!!!

Megan got scared on Splash mtn in DLR when she was 7, and finally rode it again on our last day in the park last week! and we only got a little wet!!

Sorry Juliana's cousin didn't like BTMRR. Had the same experience with my youngest...that's not a good time. But it does make for some good video with which to humiliate him when he gets older!
