Just venting about full flight

We usually sit about 2/3 of the way back, keeping the middle seat open between us. The middle seats at the back of the airplane tend to fill up since folks keep moving to the back in hopes of finding an aisle or window, which are usually gone. They then take the middles at the back of the plane since it is tough to reverse direction.

Every flight I've taken in the last 2 years have been full. I haven't flown Southwest - they didn't fly out of ATL but they will be soon. I just make sure I have water, snack and stuff to do. I also have lip balm handy.

I've started bringing my Ipod and putting the headphones in so people will leave me alone sometimes. I seem to attract the folks who like to chat and I'm not always in the mood.
