Just came back from a Feb 8- 12 trip. Used L&M nad had a great experience. Rented a 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant and a car seat ($5 a day) for a TOTAL of $108. They did ask to see a copy of my insurance card but nothing out of the ordinary. Friendly service, no line at pick up or drop off. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Thanks for posting. We have a reservation with them starting tomorrow and some of the negative posts were starting to worry me.

Perhaps they weren't quite prepared from the added business due to the "free advertising" on this site. I'll let everyone know how it goes for us after we return. thanks again for posting.

I used L&M in Jan and Feb. Both times, I booked an economy car and was given a Toyota Corolla- great car! I'd use them again.

. Did L&M classify the Gallant as mid size or full size for you?

I'm not 100% positive about this b\c my wife went up to the counter to get the car. BUT. I did make my reservation on-line for a mid-size car. I also think I heard him (The agent) tell my wife that he was upgrading us a car class. So I don't thin the Gallant was a mid-size.

We were able to fit 4 adults and 1 kid in a car seat in the Gallant for some short trips.

I used L&M in January and I thought they were great. I rented a mid ized car but they told me that they were upgrading me to a full size A 2002 Mitsubishi Galant.

Thanks. I'm not a "car" guy and the sizes confuse me at times. Personally I drive a Ford F-250SD Supercab 4X4 and a Ford Windstar. I feel very cramped in anything smaller.
